Given the overwhelming response from operators and vendors alike, we are proud to organize the 2nd Edition of the Oil & Gas Facility Commissioning and Startup 2015 due to take place on the 25 – 26 November 2015 in Abu Dhabi.
The commissioning and startup of oil and gas equipment and facilities is not only an important project milestone but also a key factor in safe, reliable and environment friendly operation of the plant.
It is prudent to consider the integrated system’s approach during all phases of commissioning. Effective integration of teams (proponent, project management EPC and support services) is also a key factor for successful commissioning and start-up.
The event will focus on the procedures and integration of all commissioning and start-up phases which are: preparation,implementation and close-out. Much emphasis is placed on procedure development, HR preparation, systems integration, team collaboration, risk management and environmental protection.
The consolidation of pre-commissioning and commissioning phases has been very effective in many projects and saved substantial time and provided hands-on experience to the commissioning and startup team. This approach will be discussed for knowledge sharing and implementation.
